ABHA LIGHT FOUNDATION is a unique health care program. Since its inception in 1998 the ALF has pioneered and fostered homeopathic and naturopathic clinics in rural is not easily accessible and slum areas of Kenya where medicine is not affordable. As natural therapies are relatively inexpensive and require little infrastructure they are well-suited to such communites.

The programme for using Immune-Based Natural Therapy was started in Korogocho in June 2004.

The therapy is based on the advice given in the book “Great Health, Naturally! – Immune Restoration and Digestive Health”. This book is published by Abha Light Foundation, Nairobi, Kenya.
